Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning & Diesel Particulate Filter Unblocking Alternative - (DPF Delete)

Most vehicles fitted with a DPF will need to have it replaced  at some point as part of the service schedule if it has not already become overloaded in the meantime, this can be very expensive indeed.

The Diesel particulate filter is not currently a legal requirement, nor is it currently needed for the yearly MOT test so the most cost effective solution is to have someone actually remove the DPF from the exhaust system. (Ideally using a replacement section, so that you can refit if ever required, such as at resale time or to satisy any changes to future MOT legislation)

Once that is done, we can help you by deactivating the various DPF functions within the ECU.

 

The average cost of deleting the DPF functions from a vehicle's ECU are as follows:

BEWARE:
A great many unscrupulous so called "Remappers" are just turning off the DPF fault code system so that the fault light doesnt come on the dash for DPF problems anymore. This leaves the system trying to use the DPF system and can very quickly damage the engine quite significantly.
